How to allow customers to reply to your SMSs

If you would like your customers to be able to reply to your text messages, put your phone number in the "Mobile Company Name" field in your Company Settings

 

 

If you do this, make sure to mention your company name in any SMSs you send so the customer knows who it's coming from.
