The purpose of this article is to explain why your Mechanic Performance Report is either blank or has missing mechanics.

The cause of this issue is not having a cost applied to your mechanic(s).

1. Click on Employees on the left hand navigation menu in Workshop Software

2. Then click on 'Mechanics'

3. Select a mechanic that is missing from the report. If your report is blank you will have to check all mechanics.

Enter the business' cost to have the mechanic work on a job. ie. what they are paid per hour.

This cost figure is needed for the report to base it's profit figures off. Without a cost, the report has no information to populate the report with.
