This guide covers any errors that will possibly show up in the Event Log, referring to the accounting software you have integrated with Workshop Software -  (found by going to Reports, Business Reports, Log Reports, and printing the Event Log.)

Error: IncomeAccountFreight Linked Account is required if charging freight

Solution: Set up a freight account in MYOB.

Error: Developer Over Qps (when Workshop Software is trying to sync too many invoices/payments at once)

Solution: Manual sync MYOB in Workshop Software once a day, for the contiguous days, until all data has synced over (Manual sync button is in the top right hand corner of Workshop Software)
