Until a booking is started and turned in to a job card, changes can be made to it.
1. Go to Booking Diary. Open the job by clicking the day in the Booking Calendar and then click on the customer name, make sure to select the correct customer name on which Mechanic it is being assigned.
You can make the necessary change to the booking, the following can be edited:
- Customer Order Number
- Booking Date
- Due By
- Products can be added or deleted but a labour line needs to remain on the booking
- The mechanic can be changed or added if one was included in the original booking
- The estimated hours can be changed
- Event notes and job card notes can be edited or added
Once the changes have been made click on the green Save button at the bottom right of the page.
