Parts doesn't return to invoice in Repco - Error on screen

Issue:

You have pressed "Return Parts" in Repco, and you get a white screen with the following error, or something similar:

{"message":"undefined method `downcase' for nil:NilClass","type":"R","field_errors":""}

 

Resolution:

You need to have both a MAKE and a MODEL on your vehicles in Workshop Software before you enter Navigator Pro.
